They've been very kind and thoughtful with our cats! I like how it's a drop off vet clinic and the Dr always calls when the appointment is done and is very thorough. I feel they're on the more pricey side, but the animals are well taken care of so I'll gladly pay extra for the piece of mind. They also have cat grooming which was great for our long haired cat.
We love everyone in the staff. Starting with the front desk, every time we have called over the phone, they are helpful and try their best to respond to our concerns. We truly appreciate how accommodating they are to all of our needs and our rescue dog’s needs. They take time and interest to listen to all of our concerns. Dr. Lauren has been a miracle worker and being spot on with all her diagnosis. We appreciate the follow up phone calls after our dog is treated and medication, so we can feel ease that we are doing what our dog needs. I can’t recommend them enough. They are truly the best clinic in the whole valley!
They treat my dogs as if they were theirs! They’re so gentle and loving with all animals. They work their best even on the busiest days. This vet has been so far the best trustworthy place ever. They keep me updated on everything and make sure my dogs are in good condition. Best place to take your pets!!
I absolutely love Animal Care Daybreak! Everyone there from the Guardian Angel Groomers, the Reception Staff to the Veterinarians and everyone in between takes such phenomenal care of my dog. I have absolute trust in everyone there.
We have been patients for several years now and I am continually impressed that every time we walk in my pet is greeted by name.
Last year we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to one of our sweet fur babies and we were treated with such care and compassion. I will forever be grateful for the help they provided during our time of grief.
Thank you to everyone there for the phenomenal work you do and the professionalism and compassion you provide every day.
I can’t say enough about Animal Care Daybreak. They’ve been there for all of my dogs various exams, surgeries, senior care, spays, all of it. Recently my senior pit was having some issues, they were able to get him in immediately. The attention to every detail from X-rays to blood work to teeth and body check, they check EVERYTHING and the communication is second to none. I’ve since moved to Salt Lake City but I still travel to Daybreak for all of my dogs needs because I trust they’re in the best hands there. The staff is amazing, Dr Sara is amazing and I’m just really grateful my pups are in their care. Thank you guys!
While the front desk staff have been friendly (thus earning the single star in this review), I've had a really frustrating experience overall with Animal Care Daybreak. Recently, I've gone in for several visits related to an ear infection for my dog as well as some vaccinations. At every visit, they've come up with numerous charges that weren't discussed or agreed to in advance while consistently failing to fully resolve my dog's issue. I've been quoted prices in advance of my visits that then magically go up for one reason or another when I actually go to pay. While I understand that infections can resist treatment and take time to resolve, I've begun to question whether the vets actually know what they're doing or whether they simply care about racking up charges. To provide a couple examples of their poor quality of care, when I first brought my dog in, they were unable to get a swab of her heavily infected right ear because it was so uncomfortable and so they only swabbed the left, which had a mild infection. Then they tried to tell me they'd done a great job clearing up the infection on the left, but it had apparently spread to the right. They also failed to provide any verbal instructions about cleaning out the ear between treatments. I only realized I needed to get an OTC ear cleaner when I read deep into the take-home instructions and did some online research. I guess that the fact I didn't need to pay them for the OTC cleaner made it unimportant for them to discuss, despite it being important for my dog's overall health.
I would absolutely recommend this clinic. I have a long history with Dr Pam and her businesses. She has a standard for quality care and treatment of patients. I’ve even volunteered a few times, and can attest to the cleanliness of the back area, and that your dogs are loved on not just in front of you.
I’ll admit that they might be a little pricier, but as someone who has 6 personals and the occasional foster dog, they’ve never let me down and I think it’s worth it. I think the fact I’d rather take my foster dogs to them for emergencies than our usual rescue vet speaks for itself.
Also, maybe my dogs are just weird, but they all get pretty excited when they go to the vet. So the staff must be doing something right 😉 I know they also believe in fear free, and offer free happy visits do help socialize your dog to the concept of the vet.
Absolutely disgusting how this place is run. While everyone we met is super friendly and nice, their process and how things are done are abysmal. My dog had an appt for a second opinion with them at 11 am and at our original vet, it was a …
